For me, going to Malaga for one month and seeing Spain was the most life changing experience I’ve ever had! Being able to see another culture up close, learning a new language, and being independent gave me a new perspective on the world. When I arrived in Malaga I found something I didn’t know I was missing, which inspired me to keep on traveling and learn more about the world. This was the best summer I’ve ever had because I met amazing people and learned a lot about myself and the world.

AFS Spain was an amazing adventure. Spending one month over seas gave me more than just new friends, it also taught me life lessons and helped me grow as an individual. I loved getting to know a different culture, trying new foods, exploring new cities. I am still in contact with some of the people I met there, and that shows me that it is so important to have international relationships. It makes you understand the world a little better, and your heart grows for other nations. To this day, I still tell people about how my trip was, what I learnt, how it changed my view of the world. Overall, this experience made an impact in my life, and I wouldn’t have changed anything about it.

In my opinion, Malaga Summer Camp is an opportunity to learn and improve spanish, a chance to meet new people and, of course, to get in touch with guys of different cultures and from countries all over the world! For me enjoyment was the key word of the camp. During this special month I could play different sports all together with the other participants. Finally, evening parties and day-excursions in cities like Cordoba, Granada and Sivilla made my vacation perfect!

All in all I think the summer camp was a great experience where I learned a lot about myself and about the Spanish culture, but also about the culture of the other people who were there. The monitors that lived with us were great! They were always happy, and there was never a problem if you needed help for something or just needed to talk to someone. The other students from other countries were also very great! I liked the activities after the classes, there was always something to do! The monitors made a great program for us, and I especially liked the hiking trip and the hiding game in the dark. In the weekends, I really liked the trips to other cities. It was great to experience new places. I really recommend this camp to other people!
